You may cancel a booked consultation up to 24 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable; however, you may reschedule up to 12 hours before the session start time (subject to availability).
If Divya needs to reschedule your consultation for any reason, you will be offered an alternative time slot at no extra cost. If no suitable slot is available, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
If you do not join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time and have not communicated a delay, the session will be marked as a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Paid event and workshop registrations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. If an event is cancelled by Divya Consultation, all registered attendees will receive a full refund.
Payments made through custom forms (e.g., course registrations, special offerings) are governed by the terms stated on that specific form. Unless otherwise specified on the form, such payments are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet) within 5–7 business days. Razorpay handles all refund transactions. The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If a session cannot take place due to a technical failure on our end (e.g., meeting link not working, server downtime), you will be offered a free rescheduled session or a full refund — your choice.
To request a refund or cancellation, email us at care@divyaconsultation.com with your booking number. You can also cancel directly from your account under "My Bookings" if the cancellation window is still open.
